My husband has a $50K term life insurance policy with AAA Life Insurance Company and he passed on July 9,2007. Papers were signed and submitted back to the insurance company July 18, 2007 and they say they have yet to even see where the claim was submitted? My husband was cremated and I have been waiting for the settlement in order to finalized his funeral plans. This is upsetting to me....I would like him back in order for me to bring an end to the 8 month illness he endured.. |

i been with aaa 4 months. moved to new address to get closer to work. i now drive 5 instead of 15 miles to work. my bill went up 20 % . i have a 750 credit score.no cliams.i paid my insurance 1 year in advance. my agent said there is no remedy. if i move then they can raise my rate. apparently , it no use doing your homework and shopping for a fair deal anymore. |

We have been having problems with our customer service from the start. The coverage and plan we are happy with, however communication from our representative has been extremely poor. Because they failed to get the messages needed to us, our policy has been canceled or nearly canceled twice... and we've only been in their care for just over a month!. |
